Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plain version: cancel before we start and you get everything back. Once we've started building, refunds are only for late delivery (50%) or if we can't deliver at all (100%).

1. Cancelling before work starts: full refund

You can cancel for a full refund any time before work on your site starts. Your order tracker shows when we start (“Building”). Email hey@pmflims.in with your order ID (it looks like TMI-XXXXX).

2. After work has started: no refund, except…

Once the build has started we're spending real time on your site, so we don't refund change-of-mind cancellations. The exceptions:

  • Late delivery: if we miss the ETA for a Landing Page, Portfolio or Business Site (after payment and a complete brief), you get 50% of the package price back, and we still finish the site. This is automatic: you don't need to ask.
  • We can't deliver: if we fail to deliver your site at all, you get a full refund.
  • We cancel your order (see our Terms, section 8) before delivering: full refund.
  • Duplicate or wrong payments (for example you were charged twice): refunded in full.

3. What's not covered

  • The Pro / custom tier isn't covered by the time guarantee. Refunds for Pro follow the written quote you accepted.
  • The 50% late refund is of the package price only (not add-ons).
  • Time the clock was paused waiting for your brief, content or answers doesn't count as late.
  • Going live on your own domain (DNS can take 24–48 hours) isn't part of the ETA.
  • Revision requests or changes of mind after delivery aren't grounds for a refund; extra revisions are paid (see the Terms).

4. How refunds are paid

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We don't refund in cash or to a different account.
  • We initiate approved refunds within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
  • You'll get a confirmation by email when the refund is issued.

In short: we want these pages to be clear, not scary. If anything here is confusing or you think it's unfair, email hey@pmflims.in and a real person (Pon) will reply.
