Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to build your website and get paid for it. We don't sell your data. Ever.

1. Who is responsible for your data

TenMinIt by PM Films, run by Ponmurugan B (India), is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email hey@pmflims.in (this is also our grievance contact).

2. What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
  • Your brief: business name and industry, what the site is for, reference sites, colours, vibe, content/copy, pages and deadline notes.
  • Uploads: your logo and any content files you send.
  • Order and payment records: what you ordered, the amount, the order status and Razorpay's order and payment IDs.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser type (for security, fraud prevention and to record when you accepted our terms).

Payments go through Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout. We never see or store them. Razorpay's handling of your data is covered by Razorpay's privacy policy.

3. Why we use it

  • To build and deliver your website, contact you about it and handle revisions.
  • To take payment, issue refunds and keep the accounting records the law requires.
  • To keep the service secure (for example, limiting spam and abuse).

We use your data based on your consent and to perform the contract you place with us. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell or rent it.

4. Who we share it with

  • Razorpay (payments), Hostinger (our web hosting and database) and our email provider, only as needed to run the service.
  • Your website files and content are, of course, published on your website when it goes live.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records: as long as needed for the service, accounting and tax rules.
  • Your brief and uploads: while we work on your project and for support afterwards. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner, unless we have to keep them by law.

6. Cookies and local storage

  • Your cart and the brief you're typing are saved in your browser's localStorage, on your device only, so you don't lose your progress. They're cleared after you check out, and you can clear them any time from your browser settings.
  • We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our admin area uses one essential login cookie.
  • Razorpay's checkout may set its own cookies for security and fraud prevention. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.

7. Your rights (India's DPDP Act, 2023)

We aim to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct or update it;
  • delete it (we'll keep only what the law requires, such as payment records);
  • withdraw your consent (we may then be unable to continue your order).

Email hey@pmflims.in from the address you used for your order. We reply as soon as we can, and within the time the law allows. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, private order links, locked file storage and restricted admin access. No system is perfect, so if we ever have a data breach that affects you, we'll tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

9. Children

TenMinIt is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. The version in force when you ordered is saved with your order.
